Work location: Mumbai.
Work Experience: 10+ years from Industrial Relations
Key Accountability Area: - Vendor Commercials: Percentage of Vendor Commercials should not be more than 5% for Handlers Manpower Fulfillment & 7% for Associate staff Manpower.
- Handler productivity - Number of units converted.
- Introduce NAPS at CL & ED minimum 10% of the total strength Employment opportunities to under privilege families through NAPS or third-party contractor.
- Ensure Seamless Business Continuity without stoppage of work by having Proactive IR strategy.
- Proactive approach in managing the compliances: Least number of penalties and damages paid to the statutory bodies.
- Risk Mitigation:100% Vendor Declaration of Non deployment of Child Labour. No. of Child Labour Audits & forced labour conducted. Development & implementation of SOP for Risk Management for ED & CL pilot OUs.
- Vendor Strategy: Site Specific Vendor Strategy for CL Business by mapping of national, state and local vendors. Manpower Category Specific Vendor Strategy for Express Business with proper Source mix of Manpower. Number of Top Performing Vendors Recognized No. of Non-Performing Vendors Replaced.
- To provide Liasioning support with Labour, Police & Civil authority: No of issues resolved within Turnaround Time with no impact on business.
- Statutory Compliance - Establishment & Vendors: Compliance Audit scores for all applicable laws & No. 'Statutory Compliance Vendor Audits.
- To represent Gati & ASCPL in conciliation & court matters to avoid adverse impact.
- Employee Relations, Grievance redressal, Statutory compliance, Disciplinary Proceedings & co-ordination of Domestic enquiries and Contract Labor management.
