Job Responsibilities:
- Develop New Strategies, planning and Implementation of EDC sales organization
- New business development and Retention of existing customers
- Business Growth - Q on Q and Yon Y
- Delight customers by giving them quality service & solutions proactively.
- Increase business share in market by generating new business
- Control receivable and ensure timely collection of payments
- Align with service and customer service team to achieve the targets.
- People management, development and retention
- Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development,
- New projects, competitor activity, new customers etc.
Note: We are looking for someone currently at a Manager / Sr Manager Level, managing Assist. Mgr / DM's / Managers
