The person should be a CA First attempt (Male candidate preferred). CS qualification preferred. He should have exposure in a listed Manufacturing Company of about 1000 cr. He will be responsible for the following -   - Accounts & Finance - Consolidation and Finalization of Accounts.  - Internal Audit   - Costing, Budgeting, MIS & Control - Cost benefits analysis & cost reduction  - Direct & Indirect Taxation.   - Management audit and risk management.  - Treasury & Forex Operation, Forward Contract Booking & Hedging  - Banking & Finance - Raising funds for Working Capital and Capex.  - Fund Flow and Cash Management.   - Reviewing & strengthening internal control system, Process and Policies.  - Exposure to Ind-AS & GST implementation.   - Compliance with all the applicable laws, rules & regulations and ensure adherence to highest level of Governance standards.  - Handling Board meetings, Audit & other Committee meetings.
