We are seeking a workday expert to join our HRIS team in Gurgaon.
Role Qualifications :
- Extensive experience on Workday
- Familiarity with workday modules
- Understanding and experience of Recruitment process
The role includes :
- Primary accountability for the customer service experience through the monitoring and maintenance of the inbound question inboxes, with a view to ensuring timeliness and quality of responses, exceeding customer expectations around service levels. This includes:
- Providing solutions for inbound questions, tracking and driving requests to a timely closure
- Follow up and follow through with end-users to ensure cases/issues are closed to customer satisfaction
- Triage to and follow up with subject matter experts
- Execute on tasks necessary to support mass updates (such as data loads, reorganizations, etc.,)
- Execute on approved security assignment requests
- Execute on quality assurance efforts. This can include data audits, creation and resolution of notifications & alerts, data corrections, etc.,
- Management, maintenance, and stewardship of user guides; keeping pace with Workday enhancements, evolving business practice, and user empowerment through best practice education
