Gartner is growing at double-digit rates, and to do Gartner's Recruiting team must hire the best talent to fuel this growth. The Recruiting Program Specialist team is at the center of powering Gartner's Talent Acquisition machine, by building scalable pipelines and channels to benefit our global recruiting function. This role will specifically focus on maximizing candidate engagement in India through marketing, social media, and communications mediums by partnering with our Creative Teams to prioritize, project manage, and launch short-term and long-term projects.

What you'll do - 

- Become an expert in Gartner India hiring strategy, priorities, and future planning

- Collect, prioritize, streamline, and project manage Recruiting's marketing, social media, and communications requests

- Collaborate with Creative teams and TA Ops team to drive projects and strategy

- Work with internal marketing and social media teams to define and promote consistent branding strategy and campaigns for recruitment needs

- Drive India TA internal communications including newsletters and announcements

- Support India TA social media strategy and editorial process following the content calendar

- Define and analyze social media & marketing metrics to use data to build ROI for continued utilization

Who you are:

- 1-3 years recruiting operations, branding or marketing experience in a professional setting ideal

- Strong project management and organizational skillset

- Proficient Excel and PowerPoint required

- Detail orientation, and strong sense of creativity

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Highly adaptable individual is a necessity

Ability to collaborate with global partners
