Objective : Manage projects driving client retention by supporting different BU's across the organization
Examples projects :
- Conduct clients interviews to understand how to improve engagement plans thereby driving higher retention
- Identify best practices around client retention and institutionalize the same across the organization
- Innovate on outputs produced by proposals team to make them more impactful
- Work with technology team to define business requirements for improving tools used to create the proposals
- Measure the productivity and performance of Proposals team and create regular reports to ensure team is well utilized
- Lead the Gartner client feedback program - ensure surveys are sent out as scheduled, analyze survey results including sentiments analyses/comments classification, identify themes and distribute constructive feedback to different BU- s
- Create and run surveys to interview lost clients and the reasoning behind the decision; identify themes/best practices and recommend the same to different business units
- Support different pilots, prove the value proposition and institutionalize the same across the organization
- Come up with new ideas / innovations to start new pilots and convert them into full-blown programs
- Manage a team of around 10 analysts/associates; Train and coach new hires
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in science / engineering. Masters preferred
- Knowledge or interest in Information technology and its application to business
- Knowledge or application of analytics, statistics
Professional experience :
- Overall 5+ years of experience
- Experience in consulting preferred
- 2-3 years- experience managing a team of sales support through research (both internal as well as external)-
- 2-3 years of data analytics experience
- Microsoft Office expertise

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to be able to work effectively in a global environment
- Analytical thinker with experience in deriving business insights from structured and unstructured data (both quantitative as well as qualitative)
- Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality
- Experience developing and maintaining management reports in Excel
