About this role:

Lead team of Team Leaders and their directs to scale the GCST to help Finance, specialize, and innovate as it relates to Contracts, Contracts Administration and operationalizing business strategy.

What you'll do:

Lead and motivate Direct Reports:

- Interview, train, motivate and successfully manage team of Team Leaders, including continuous coaching feedback and professional development discussions.

- Lead teams in multiple locations (e.g., Mumbai and Gurgaon). Create and foster an environment whereby low tenured associates will thrive and be successful via Playbooks, mentors, coaching and training/onboarding programs.

- Seek out high performing individuals & provide development opportunities for them to be the bench for next Team Leaders.

- Drive relentlessly consistent execution via Team Leaders, who are motivating their teams to be effective, timely and precise when completing requests by specialty. Includes: Responsible for monitoring and managing global email in-boxes.

- Respond to all emails, live calls and voice mails within each business day.

- Manage legal/contract requests and work with others as required to deadlines.

- Suggest global improvements to provide greater support and coverage/segmentation.

- Complete other tasks, as required.

Innovation via specialization:

- Make continuous improvements and innovations in everything we do. Create an environment of innovation by fostering team work to improve upon current processes to deliver results faster, better, smarter with globally consistent execution.

- Organizational Support to Sales, Finance, and Legal:

- Coach Team Leaders to handle all escalations for ad hoc requests from other business units while maintaining professional calm to tactfully handle any escalations or complaints. Include manager, as appropriate.

Business Acumen:

- Effective delegation to Team Leaders so that focus is more strategic vs tactical.

- High work ethic and integrity, including after-hours availability to support Sales.

- Update process manuals as well as manage training materials & tools used in daily routine. Ensure all updates account for global requirements.

What you'll need:

- Lead Team Leaders to successfully support the business; predominantly helping Sales close business.

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent with major field of study in Law and/or business administration

- 3-5+ year experience in leading a global team that supports a fast-paced Sales team in a high growth organization

- Successful leadership of managers as well as adaptability in a fast-paced service environment.

- Experience & proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.

- Good understanding & knowledge of the IT industry.

- Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills. Experience handling multiple priority activities within SLA.

- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, incorporating requirements, action plan and timeline.

- Process-driven, methodical, organized and pays strong attention to detail.

Internal: Collaborative approach with Sales, Pricing, Product Management, Legal, CN- s, CFS & IT.

External: minimal client interaction as it relates to completing client questionnaires.

- Be able to work autonomously while still having a team mentality, with good time management skills.
