About this role:

- The Data Analyst will be a key contributor to the Garter Consulting's Sales and Service Operations team. This role will be responsible for using various technologies to enter data and develop and maintain reports that support the running of Managing Partner (MP) program. This role also supports associates in the MP program with data requests and acts as a liaison for resolving issues.

What you'll do:

- Collaborate with Consulting Global Operations team to define and execute on reporting needs

- Develop a strong understanding of the Consulting data and how it can be leveraged in reports

- Develop a proficiency in the retrieval and manipulation of data from spreadsheets, the data warehouse and database environments

- Assist with creation of new Power BI reports in conjunction with the warehouse data acquisition

- Assist with design, development and testing of enhancements to existing or new reports and dashboards

- Assume responsibility for daily and monthly reporting jobs

- Respond to data requests from Consulting Global Operations in a timely and efficient manner

What you'll need:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4-year university degree is required; Masters or advanced degree a plus

- 4+ years of business experience with at least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Power BI development

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI, Excel and Access

- Hands-on experience with one or more database platforms (Alteryx preferred)

- Hands-on experience with one or more BI platforms (Oracle BI tools preferred)
