What you will do :

- Drive analytics on the programs and identify bright spots and opportunities to make the programs more efficient

- Run analytics in excel by building complex models and formulas - for testing various hypotheses, drawing insights and developing recommendations out of them

- Continuously support day-to-day operations for teams built of Client value managers and Product managers. Reduce their effort on manual processes and derive insights to make their operations efficient

- Create executive level dashboards for reporting leveraging tools like PowerBI

- Innovate through analytical methods ways to improve productivity in any of our initiatives while automating to retain/improve quality of recommendations

- Willingness to learn and get your hands dirty with data every day

- Drive process excellence for Prioritized Accounts team to optimize efficiency across different programs in the team

- Streamline processes with stakeholders across initiatives so there is a productivity gain in our initiatives

- Find opportunities to automate content or process and working with IT so it could lead to productivity increase and time savings

- Execute on small automation projects by coding leveraging skills in Python, VB macros etc.

- Communicate to stakeholders and senior management on updates related to your initiatives

What you- ll need :

- Prefer Masters from top B-schools - Tier 1 schools only

- Bachelors : Tier 1 schools only

- Bachelors a must in either Physics, Math, Technology, Computer Science, Business or Economics.

Who you are :

- A professional with at least 1-2 years of work experience in an analytical role; management consulting companies is a plus

- Hands-on experience with analytics leveraging Microsoft excel

- Experience building executive ready power-point decks

- 1 year experience building dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI etc.

- Basic Python and VB Macro skills for creating basic applications to automate processes a big plus and will be preferred.
