Qualification Any Graduate with MBA/Diploma in HR/Personnel Management
Experience:- 12+ Years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
Key areas:- HR Restructuring, HR Partnered capacity expansion, Performance pay, new reward & recognition scheme, total HR system design, rapid recruitment, curriculum partnering to worker level, trendy employee engagement activities and employee participative management
Job responsibilities :
- Creating HR policy for Salary benchmarking Grading and Employee .
- Created and restructured and revamped the total HR Policy abreast latest industrial practices.
- HR strategized the unified 360 PMS and fixed in BELL Curve better capture performance VS Objective & training Plan.
- Designed high-performing strategies and executable solutions to support organizational design, performance management, and recruitment, compensation, and leadership development and employee engagement.
- Headed smooth plant in tough IR situation, achieved 99 % employee retention.
- Introduced new employee engagement and welfare activities clocked 99% talent retention
- Sorted all old legal issues brought in a new vibrant culture change by Employee communication & HR partnering
