Gamooga, an explosively growing start up in marketing automation space, is looking for a senior business development manager for enterprise sales. The position is primarily based out of Hyderabad and will report directly to CEO.
Pre-requisite
- At least 2 years of experience selling to Enterprises
- Preferably selling Marketing Automation Software or Big Data Analytics Software
- Is knowledgeable about Marketing Automation industry
- Hands on with every aspect of sales process from lead generation to maturity
- Has worked with or comfortable working with fast paced unstructured start up environment
Expectations
The person will be part of core team and is expected to shoulder all the responsibilities which come with running a fast growing business. The expectations from the person would be
- Define market opportunity size and set targets
- Play a role in lead generation, lead filtering, lead nurturing
- Convert leads into paying customers
- Set up optimized processes around each step of sales to make it repeatable
- Explore newer avenues to expand customer base
- Deliver on revenue targets every month

Preference would be given to candidates who have in the past worked in analytics services companies like MuSigma or sold products like Adobe Marketing Cloud, IBM Unica to enterprises. Such candidates are requested to mention this in detail in the cover letter.
