- As an Account Manager for Gamooga, you are responsible for providing solutions and managing relationships with our enterprise customers. As a part system analyst, part business analyst, part sales, part teacher, you will engage our top customers to help build out their implementation roadmaps and evangelise the usage of the platform to their marketing & product audiences.

- Success in this role involves using your project and product management skills and applying your software engineering expertise to lead the timely execution of adopting the Gamooga platform to the customer's requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage top customers to discuss implementation plans of our product. Develop processes to ensure the timely Implementation of accounts.

- Evangelize, train, and present Gamooga services to groups of marketing & product inside these enterprises.

- Monitor the success of the customers and advise them on additional scale and scope of the product which can improve the performance of their marketing campaigns.

- Work with sales, engineering, and product to design solutions that fit the customer's requirements.

- Identify, analyse, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients and partners.

- Must possess a proven ability to achieve a high standard of client servicing.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.

Minimum Qualifications :

- MBAs with a technical background or B.Tech/B.Sc degree in Computer Science from a reputed engineering college or related technical major or equivalent practical experience.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise account management.

- Strong analytical & marketing skills.

- Candidates who have worked as Business Analyst background will also be considered.
