We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and manage our marketing strategies in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and technologies, combined with a proven track record in driving marketing campaigns, improving brand visibility, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote IT products and services to targeted audiences.

Digital Marketing:

- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategies.

Content Creation:

- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and product brochures.

Brand Development:

- Strengthen the company's brand presence through various online and offline channels.

Lead Generation:

- Design and optimize campaigns to drive lead generation and improve customer acquisition.

Market Research:

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant.

Collaboration with Sales:

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and enhance the overall lead conversion process.

Event Management:

- Plan and execute webinars, conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the company's IT services.

Performance Metrics:

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through KPIs and analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT industry or a technology driven environment.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and SEO/SEM.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

- Excellent communication and content creation skills.

- Data-driven with strong analytical abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with various teams.

- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and trends is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with CRM software and data-driven marketing.

- Experience in managing teams and collaborating with external vendors/agencies.

- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
