Manager - Key Accounts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and manage trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients that generate sizeable income for the company
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their requirements
- Leverage strong relationships with Key Clients to generate new leads via referrals
- Play a pivotal role in converting regional accounts into national accounts
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Negotiate contracts & renewals with clients to meet established growth goals for each account.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Qualification:
- MBA (or equivalent) in Sales, Marketing, Finance or related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management roles
- Added plus if you have worked in Commercial Real Estate, Facility Services, Hospitality or Building Material Industries
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
- Proven ability to understand customer pain points and proposing solutions
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiations, problem-solving and leadership skills
