About the Role:As an
HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be partnering with the Leaders in crafting people strategy and talent plans to deliver business goals and is responsible for the overall execution of the People strategy and plans.
What you would do:- Lead the design and execution of the
People Charter and all strategic HR initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and performance culture
- Develop staffing plans aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Champion best-in-class talent management practices to build a competitive edge
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers to create a high-impact employee experience
Ideal Candidate Profile:- 5-7 years in a high-impact HRBP role in a dynamic business environment
- Strategic thinker with strong ownership, execution, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience collaborating with VP/SVP-level stakeholders
- Solid grounding in organizational behavior, performance management, and talent development
- Self-starter who can design and implement HR strategies end-to-end
