Lead Data Scientist:

As the Lead Data Scientist, you will be working hands on day to day, driving the development and implementation of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping the data strategy, guiding the team in extracting meaningful insights from large datasets, and ensuring the successful deployment of data-driven solutions to meet business objectives.

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will :

1. Data Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives.

- Identify and prioritize data science opportunities that drive business value.

- Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning:

- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics and machine learning models.

- Ensure the team is utilizing state-of-the-art techniques and technologies to solve complex business problems.

2. Data Governance and Quality:

- Establish and enforce data governance practices to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in analytics.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and integrity.

3. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data science initiatives.

- Work closely with IT and business leaders to integrate data science solutions into existing business processes.

4. Innovation:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics.

- Foster a culture of innovation within the data science team.

5. Performance Measurement:

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of data science initiatives.

- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of data science solutions.

6. Communication:

- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Prepare and present regular updates and reports to senior management.

What we expect you will bring to the table :

1. Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

2. Proven experience 5-6 years leading and managing data science teams.

3. Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analytics.

4. Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python or R.

5. Demonstrated success in implementing data science solutions that drive business impact.

6. Strong communication and leadership skills.

7. Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure) is a plus.

8. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards related to data.
