Designation: Associate Director/Director - Trust & Safety

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for building a robust strategy for online fraud detection using data analytics such as collusion, multiple account investigation/blocking, and money laundering.

- Maintain a fair playing environment by ensuring proper implementation and execution of all risk management systems and processes including detection, enforcement, and policy management.

- Drafting risk management policies and procedures along with creating a risk response plan.

- Constantly interact with different cross-functional teams in developing systems and building processes to ensure best-of-class risk management in the gaming industry.

- Work closely on building effective, efficient, and robust risk management and fraud detection systems and tools.

- Proactively identify, recognize and strategically address any cultural potential risks which may be faced in the future.

- Grow, mentor, and upskill a smart and passionate Trust & Safety team.

MUST Have

- At least 10 years of relevant industry experience in an analytical role across Operations, Risk, Fraud Investigations, and Compliance.

- B.Tech + MBA experience from top-tier institutions is preferred

- Worked previously at a fast-growing consumer internet start-up preferably gaming

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability and zeal to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

- Ability to interface and build relationships at all levels internally and externally

- Analytical, methodical, strategic in approach, detail-oriented with an investigative bent

- Excellent people management skills with 4+ years of team management experience.

- Hands-on expertise in MS Office and SQL is a must. R, Python, Tableau expertise are desirable.
