Roles & Responsibilities:

- Creative Strategy Development: Drive the development of a comprehensive user acquisition creative strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.

- Research and Insights: Conduct in-depth research on mobile gaming creatives & share insights related to creative trends/ messaging opportunities/format/copy/user motivation with larger team on weekly basis.

- Campaign Conceptualization: Conceptualize impactful storyline/narrative for performance marketing campaign assets across various digital channels.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including campaign, product, analytics, in-house art team.

- Creative Asset Management: Oversee the creation and optimization of creative assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, line of communication, and campaign objectives.

- Performance Analysis: Analysis of campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

- Persona-Driven Research:Understand target personas for our game and develop ad creatives that resonate with their interests and preferences.

- Creative Experiments (Play Store/App Store Experiments): Conceptualize, execute & iterate App/Play Store experiments (game screenshots) to deliver on KPIs.

Requirements:

- MBA or Master's degree from prestigious advertising/communication school.

- 10-12 years of proven experience & deep experience in creative strategy, conceptualizing ads ((animated video, UGC's, static banners, text ads) ) for different platforms (google UAC, Meta, TikTok, Unity etc) for performance marketing campaigns.

- App marketing experience is a plus.

- Good research skills, curious and interested in learning about new cultures & geos.

- Heavy interest in US pop culture.

- Copywriting skills will be a plus.

- Should have basic understanding of digital marketing.

- Hands-on experience in copywriting, conceptualizing video ads.

- Experience of being in gaming UA team will be an added advantage.

- Ability to present strong opinions on critical decisions and creative best practices.

- Attention to detail, strong creative aesthetics & project management skills.

- Passionate about playing mobile games.
