Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan & conceptualize new performance ad creative concepts (Text ads, Static banners, Animated video ads, UGC ads ) to maximize ROI on Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook and other ad networks

- Understand target personas for our game and develop ad creatives that resonate with their interests and preferences.

- Conceptualize, execute & iterate App/Play Store experiments (game screenshots) to deliver KPIs

- Develop monthly level UA creative strategy based on creative data, acquisition channels, new lines of communication, competitive developments, and market trends for continuous improvement

- Analyze creative data & propose actionable recommendations for the next set of creatives alongside testable hypotheses to improve campaign ROI

- Write creative briefs for in in-house creative production team & creators to get the campaign assets developed

- Run brainstorming sessions with the marketing team for new concepts in UA

- Research mobile gaming creatives & share insights related to creative trends/ messaging opportunities/format/copy/player motivation etc with the team.

Requirements:

- MBA or Master's degree from prestigious advertising/communication school

- 7-8 years of proven experience in conceptualizing ads (animated video, UGC's, static banners, text ads) for performance marketing campaigns.

- Should have been a part of the App marketing team in the past.

- Should have a basic understanding of digital marketing

- Hands-on experience in copywriting, conceptualizing video ads

- Experience of being in the gaming UA team will be an added advantage

- Ability to present strong opinions on critical decisions and creative best practices

- Attention to detail, strong creative aesthetics & project management skills

- Passionate about playing mobile games
