Job description :
Galton is looking for inspiring and accomplished Business Development Manager to join our sales team! As a quickly accelerating company, our Sales Development Team forms a core aspect of our business model. As the brand's sales representatives, you must have the understanding and prior experience of the IT Software SaaS products & services industry.
The position is based out of our office in Gurugram, Haryana, India, but as of now, the position is remote working and we are looking to get on-board someone who can start immediately.
Specific Objectives :
- Identifying new business opportunities and project leads in the FMCG industry
- Engage professionals through emailing and LinkedIn connections to understand their requirements, challenges and identify opportunities to resolve them with custom applications
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations, proposals and other collaterals
- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc
- Providing timely feedback to enable quick decision-making
Candidate Profile :
- 4-7 years of relevant experience as BDE / BDM / Sales positions in Indian and International Markets
- Desire to pursue a career in Sales
- Will to achieve results- the curiosity and perseverance to push harder when the going gets tough
- Enjoy working in a collaborative ambitious environment- inspire your team to be better while achieving your goals
- Commitment to lifelong learning and continuous development
- Self-aware, reflective, and able to digest feedback critically and adapt to overcome challenges
