Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Position: Oracle Fusion HRIT Manager
Total Experience: 7 to 12 years
Role & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the business functions to identify and design HR processes as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with business functions to get adequate data points to develop efficient HR processes.
- Propose and drive changes in existing functionality to drive implementation to a higher efficiency level.
- Implement application standard / seeded processes to reduce customizations.
- Manage Incident & Problem Management. Ensure that the tickets raised by users are resolved in a timely manner.
- Define and implement standard operating procedures for operational activities and ensure agreed upon application uptime. Define SoP for routine operational activities to ensure consistency.
- Manage business change requests, impact analysis, testing cycles and adhere to IT change policy.
- Implement checks and balances in enhancements/new projects to ensure smooth and error free operations.
- Implement industry best practices into all implemented processes.
- Involve business users in all stages of implementation to ensure all requirements have been captured and implemented.
- Work with business users and prioritize delivery of CRs in pipeline.
- Timely delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM enhancements / projects.
- Ensure application is up to date with all required patches.
- Assess & provide insight to management on the obsolescence of technology well in advance.
- Ensuring license compliance.
- Ensure timely audit/s closure.
- Provide Audit data to internal and external auditor.
Qualifications:
- Extensive understanding of HR Processes and HR Technology.
- Subject matter expertise in all the processes within hire to retire.
- In-depth knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM (minimum 5 years as Techno Functional consultant) or other SAAS based HRIS.
- Strong HCM techno functional background with good knowledge of IT landscape and development life cycle.
- Experience in vendor management, people management, cost/ resource estimates and SLA management.
- Should be able to define support/ operations/ project risk and scope and track till completion.
- Prior third-party vendor / outsourcing partner management experience.
- Experience working in a result oriented, process based, strict governance and high-pressure environment.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at a variety of levels.
- Comfortable working with data and numbers.
- Good communication and people management skills.
- Self-motivated and dynamic professional.
