Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

- Provide regular updates and reports on account activity.
- Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Account Management and Administration:
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Track account performance metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare and present account reports to management.
- Manage client contracts and agreements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of the companies products and services.
