Responsible for all sales activities assigned for Delhi/NCR. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery. To work in a team to maximize segments and increase in revenue & promote Galileo and World span as a product to agents.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and control the objectives of the sales team‚ which includes market segment analysis‚ continuous product innovation strategies and service strategies and implementation of the business communication plans and region specific sales promotion schemes
- Monitor performance of agents in the assigned area.
- Responsible for maintaining existing accounts.
- Communicate relevant company information/ guidelines to the agents.
- Identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to Sales Manager.
- Negotiate contracts/ rates with new clients.
- Maintain relationships with agents in the designated area.
- Generate periodic sales report in predefined formats.
- Monitor competitor activity by gathering information on competitor products and their functionality.
- Ensure zero negative variance from the cost budget.
- Regularly recognize team members for efforts and innovations.
- Managing branch functions covering admin related issues‚ budget inputs and compliance.
- Ensuring compliance of company standards for the region for all external communications‚ client dealing‚ internal systems etc.
Knowledge:
- Good conceptual knowledge of CRS.

Educational Qualification / Experience:
Graduate with Diploma/ Degree in Travel Trade with 6-8 years of experience in sales of Airline/ Travel related Products.
