Job Responsibilities :

- Research new products, technological trends to figure out how to incorporate them.

- Lead the development of project schedules, UAT and appropriate systems documentation

- Facilitate team input into various stages of product development and design

- Coordinating with cross-functional teams like Operations, Credit, Technology and Sales, to create and continuously enable changes in workflows with dynamic changes in policies etc.

- Undertaking projects to identify gaps in processes and initiate corrective action wherever required, including improvement in end-to-end login-to-disbursement turnaround time

- Strategically responsible for customer experience - Innovation, Conceptualize and Implement Digitization of customer service framework, Product development and management, New CRM implementation and integration, Automation of customer service processes, and redesigning of core system to support mobility

- Create prototypes and design flow; present the mock designs to the team/ management and seek approval to take live

- Leveraging on technology for customized business needs

Skills and Experience :

- B.E /B.Tech/MBA from reputed universities

- 5+ years of work experience.

- Create business models and analyze competitive landscape

- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.

- Track record of managing metrics and improving performance with clients

- Proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities: effectively communicates with technical and non-technical teams, executive management, partners and customers

- Experience in consumer lending or financial services in India will be additional advantage
