Experience & Education :
- +10 years of work experience with +2 years leading entire gamut of HR operations for an organization
- MBA with HR as a specialization is preferred
Role Description :
- This position will have the individual direct HR, corporate affairs, office administration, & accounts departments of the company.
- The individual is expected to work simultaneously on multiple projects with ambitious timelines and help accelerate company growth. The individual must possess strong analytical ability to understand the business environment, analyze trends, and propose recommendations as per industry best practices.
- The individual must ensure the company's talent strategy is at par with the best IT products and services companies. Must be an advisor to senior management about all people operations initiatives. Must roll up their sleeves and get into the details to help team members execute the people strategies.

Accounts : Accounts/Finance Administrators & Managers
Role Responsibilities :
Strategy & Operations :
- Design and deliver targeted solutions for people operations, including strategic planning, visioning, culture development, change management, and team/company building
- Set company policies and processes, including recruitments, compensations, appraisals, L&D, legal, & HRMS implementations
- Execute talent initiatives, employee relations, and employer branding programs
- IT Outsourcing/Consulting Operations
- Manage a growing IT services organization's HR operations, including, hiring, client billing, resource on boarding, and corporate training/coaching
- Client engagement & reporting
- Tools Expertise
- HRMS Tools setup and administration
- Expert at Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel
- Surveys and feedback form generation tools
