Gaerish Logistics - Manager - Sales

Sales manager Job Description:

- Responsible for coordinating with the existing customers of the company.

- Export & Import sales lead generation through Air Freight & Ocean Freight

- Updating customers about the current quotation and a new product which the company offers.

- Preparing the overall shipment schedule for the customers with proper planning and organizing.

- Updating and tracking the shipments will be done to know the status of the shipments.

- Preparing daily sales call reports and sending them to the Sales Head.

- Attending meetings and monthly closing at corporate office.

- Performing the critical path analysis to identify the critical items for the project on monthly basis.

- Updating the monthly progress on the overall project schedule and circulating the look ahead activities to the concern discipline for the next period to proceed them further.

- Preparing the overall project report based on the outcome of critical path analysis and presenting to the top management.

- Preparing the key performance indicators, Progress dashboards, weekly & Monthly progress reports.

- Conducting the plan of the day & weekly schedule meeting with the Sales Head.

- Experience 2 to 7 years experience in Freight Forwarding Industry

- Good communication
