Gaba Telepsychiatry - Project Manager

About the Role:

An expanding telemedicine practice requires a dedicated Project Manager to assist with expansion-related duties and ensure seamless collaboration across departments. This job requires guiding teams on the way ahead, resolving queries and bottlenecks, and documenting milestones for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Detailed documentation of tasks, targets, and milestones for each department.

- Training staff on proper ways of documenting tasks, targets, and milestones.

- Sue staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and appropriate documentation.

- Lead and coordinate meetings on over-owed tasks and create resolutions.

- Team up to give reasonable timelines to a task and fair share in work.

- Identify bottlenecks by working with the team, and address queries or doubts they have.

- Encourage teamwork and coordinate among four small teams having 4-5 individuals in each of them.

- Maintain teams' focus on the work of expansion.

- Keep equipment in working condition and ensure internet availability for remote work.

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in project management. Preferred candidates should have up to 10 years of experience.

- A keen sense of organization, with good documentation skills

- Tools Smartsheet, Excel, Teamwork, and Asana

- Technical skills, with an eagerness to learn any new tools or systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Exhibited behaviors of honesty, integrity, accountability, and fairness.

- Team player who will seek help from colleagues when confronting bottlenecks in bringing solutions.

Work Schedule:

- Must be available to work from 7 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time.

- Comfortable working an evening shift as required.
