The person in this role will be required to manage the team of the Insurance vertical looking into lead generation, verification and other support functions.
The purpose of this role is to ensure a seamless synergy between the Insurance Sales & the Operations verticals of the company.
The person will be required to analyze large streams of data and come up with strategies to make the processes more efficient. Quick decisions have to be taken to ensure minimal downtime.
The person will be responsible for delivering targets on leads and final insurance sales. There will be a lot of cross vertical interaction with the Marketing Team, Sales Team and the Product & Development Team to ensure that balance is maintained internally as well as externally.
Responsibilities also include product roll-outs right from ideation to development to deployment and then subsequently ensuring a smooth functioning at the client end. Client interaction, management of client expectations and delivering key results will be a part of the profile.
Key Requirements
- Education: MBA from tier 1 MBA school in India or Engineering from IITs
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work in cross-functional settings and influence without formal authority
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Experience leading a team of people and Insurance background only
- An appreciation of data, business and technology and willingness to roll-up your sleeves and tackle each as required.
- Analytical thinking to drive results
