- Support development of overall strategy for the used car business of Gaadi.com
- Lead business planning of new product launches through primary and secondary market research, competitive benchmarking, generating consumer insight, developing go-to-market marketing strategies
- Pilot and stabilize launch of new products, processes and initiatives
- Monitor and report progress of key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Drive cross-functional initiatives and problem solve any roadblocks that occur
- Build and manage relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
- Understand client needs and prepare client proposals
- Support scale-up of business operations across functions by institutionalizing processes across departments including but not limited to:
Set up MIS system (excel, BI tools etc)
Create Financial P&Ls and Annual Operating Plan process
Create strong processes and structures across sales (e.g. incentive plans, sales team productivity), finance, marketing and operations
Drive periodic business reviews along with business leaders (and independently lead for new businesses)
