Business Analyst / Associate -

Lead business associates at Gaadi.com support management decisions to be more data driven by institutionalizing processes across functions to collect and analyze customer data, generating insights and driving implementation of the recommendations. They play a critical role in business and annual planning exercises, growth initiatives for existing business and launching new businesses.

Key Roles:

- Setup up mechanism for periodic business reviews and create relevant material (reports, presentations) and MIS packs (excels, BI tools etc.)

- Program manage new initiatives - monitor and report progress and problem solve any roadblocks as required

- Conduct primary and secondary research to develop understanding of overall market, competition activities and generate consumer insights

- Design and execute financial analysis to support development of strategic insights

- Design new processes and structure to support launch of new products, roll-out of products across geographies and clients

Key Requirements

- Education: Recent MBA from tier 1 MBA school in India, Engineering / Maths undergraduate

- Preferred: 1-3 years experience in strategic management consulting / business process consulting at a top consulting firm

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Ability to make sense of ambiguity

- Strong business and financial acumen

- Ability to work in cross-functional settings and influence without formal authority

- Proficient in Excel

- Strong project management and coordination skills
