G42 - Business Analyst - BFSI/NBFC/Fintech/IT Domain

We are looking for a growth-orientated Business Analyst (from BFSI and/or fintech background preferred) to be a part of the team at Presight AI!

Key Responsibilities

- Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data

- Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels

- Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels

- Sound Knowledge on any of few of the Fintech Products, involving Retail & Commercial Banks, Financial Institutes, Regulatory Authorities, Compliance, Audit, Front Office, Middle Office or Back Office Operations, Insurance, Alternate Financial Products

- Prior Experience of working within the Banking Domain and Fintech Solutions

- Innovation and Invention - Ability to identify creative ways of problem solving, experience of inventing patentable assets/ working POC solutions

- Planning and actively participating into Solution Designing, Scope, Requirements Analysis, Detailed Level Functional Requirements, Impact and Gap Analyst

- Hands on Experience on Confluence, Sharepoint, Business Analytics Tools - Lucid Chart , Microsoft Visio (or any)

- Well averse with the SDLC and Agile Concepts

- Facilitated Post Implementation Reviews measuring benefit realization w.r.t to the key improvements and producing necessary project closure documentation with review report

- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development

- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability

- Partner with stakeholders across business units develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams

- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties

- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation

- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems

- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations

- Created Product Backlog , User stories , Acceptance Criteria's , Product Positioning , Use cases , Business Requirement Document ,Requirement traceability matrix (RTM) ,FRS , SRS and Business Cases

To Qualify you must have

- Five to Seven years of working experience into supporting Fintech Solutions / BFSI Vertical

- Proven analytical abilities

- Good to Have knowledge on Data Visualizations and ETL Concepts

- Experience in generating process documentation and reports

- Planning and actively participating into Solution Designing, Scope, Requirements Analysis,, Impact and Gap Analysis

- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

Ideally, you will also need

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science

- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio

- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing

- Extensive experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Kibana etc

- High proficiency in technical writing

Role is based on site in Abu Dhabi.
