Role : Chief of Staff to Service Line Leader
Job Description :- Enabling the Leadership to manage the practice strategy and day-to-day operations.
- Design and implement program managing high-priority cross-functional strategic initiatives for the practice, including several transformational initiatives.
- Driving the Executive Committee meetings to bring right issues to table, address the priorities, and driving the action items.
- Setting-up governance structures to run several cross-functional projects.
- Managing leadership reporting at regional and global level.
Practice Strategy :- Assist in building and driving the Practice strategy.
- Investment planning, fiscal planning, RoI tracking.
Strategic Initiatives :- Identifying improvement areas across the org units and enabling areas, and propose/drive relevant interventions.
- Driving special projects at practice level covering a wide stakeholder group.
- Business process enhancement and streamlining.
Desired Candidate Profile :- Qualification - MBA from Tier-1/2 college.
- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management.
- Exposed to handle C-Suite stakeholders.
- Organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- Experience delivering across multiple regions.
- Data driven decision making skills.
