As a Product Manager on our Global Expansion track, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our e-commerce platform successfully captures new international markets and grows in the existing ones.

You'll be responsible for understanding the needs and preferences of global consumers, adapting our platform for market fit, building integrations and driving product development for international expansion.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

- Develop a comprehensive and forward-looking strategy for the Fynd Commerce Platform's expansion into new markets.

- Craft long-term vision and quarterly roadmaps to align with overarching business goals and enhance the overall product offering.

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target geographies and understand consumer behaviour, trends, and regulations in those regions.

- Analyse data and identify opportunities for platform adaptation and feature prioritisation specific to international markets.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices in a global context.

- Own the product discovery process and iterate on features to optimise platform performance in each market.

- Work effectively with stakeholders across various time zones and cultural backgrounds.

Conceptualise New Solutions:

- Contribute to the product conceptualisation process with a problem-first, data-driven, and test-and-iterate approach.

- Ensure that conceptualisation aligns with the platform's long-term view and prioritises product initiatives based on value.

Build Products:

- Produce high-quality product specifications (Requirement Documents & User Stories) and effectively prioritise and manage the scope of each launch.

- Manage a cross-functional process for prioritising and building products, balancing innovation and scalability.

Launch Products:

- Draft and execute a go-to-market plan in collaboration with Product Growth.

- Serve as the internal and external authority and advocate for the Global Expansion track, ensuring successful product launches and adoption.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales & growth, and customer support, to ensure alignment on the product roadmap and priorities.

- Collaborate with international clients to understand their specific requirements and translate them into actionable product roadmaps for the internal team.

- Work closely with partners and growth team to ensure product features and functionalities align with local needs and business objectives.

- Work closely with Software Vendors and Implementation partners to build integrations.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.

- Track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups in a large enterprise setting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership and external stakeholders.

- Capacity to balance multiple initiatives and shift priorities as needed.

- Bachelor's degree is required; Master's in business administration or technical discipline is a plus.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and user experience (UX) principles.

- Technology driven with an understanding of APIs and integrations.

- Familiarity with international commerce, including logistics, payments, and regulations (a plus).

- Experience with SaaS models and basic knowledge of technical concepts is preferred.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data and market research findings.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- A passion for e-commerce and a genuine interest in global expansion.
