We work with one of the largest retail companies in India - Reliance. We work on projects of Jio, Reliance Retail and Reliance Digital etc.

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically sound Product Manager with a balance of assertiveness and kindness, who can take complete ownership of products and deliver high quality results. As a Product Manager at Fynd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various technology and e-commerce products within our organization. Knowledge of the e-commerce and platform ecosystem is considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

- Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor the product throughout its lifecycle, making updates and improvements as necessary.

- Competitive Analysis: Keep a pulse on the market, identify competitive threats and opportunities, and adjust the product strategy accordingly.

- Program Oversight: Manage and oversee multiple technology and e-commerce products, ensuring that they align with the company's strategic objectives. Work with product and project managers to develop comprehensive plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Technical Proficiency: Leverage your technical knowledge to provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams, facilitating efficient communication and problem-solving.

- Assertive: Work with assertiveness, making critical decisions and keeping projects on track, while also fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.

- Kind and Supportive: Cultivate a positive and supportive team environment, nurturing talent, and promoting a sense of belonging.

- E-commerce and Platform Expertise: Apply your knowledge of the e-commerce and platform ecosystem to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within our products.

- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate product risks, ensuring product success and minimizing potential setbacks.

- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that technical solutions meet high-quality standards and address customer needs effectively.

- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, advocating for best practices and process enhancements within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Master's or MBA preferred).

- 3+ years of Product management experience in technology, with a focus on e-commerce or platform ecosystem products.

- Strong technical background and understanding of technology development processes.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Assertive yet kind style of working.

- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
