Role - FX On Call

Location - Mumbai

Deliverables:

- Managing a team of 20 phone banking officers based out of Hyderabad and Mumbai locations.

- The job involves monitoring the Cash/Tom/Spot deal booking and Disposal Instructions settled on daily basis.

- Ensuring that all deals are booked as per the applicable Rate Reasonability Policy.

- Handling of queries and co-ordination with Solution Managers/Relationship Managers regarding deal booking and approvals.

- Co-ordinating with tech team for system issues and outages related to deal booking and voice channels.

- Monitoring the officer Inbound and Outbound calls on daily basis and giving feedback wherever needed.

- Preparing Daily MIS related to deal booking and Retail Forex conversions

- Preparing monthly MIS related to Fxoncall team as per management requirements.

- Training and coaching team members on the job.

- Reviewing the Forex Pool account on daily basis and ensuring that travel cards are issued to the customers on time.

- Ensuring that all MIS prepared by the team are correct and sent to respective stakeholders.

- Maintaining and tracking the list of Ongoing process improvements and projects undertaken.

- Tracking the productivity and errors of phone banking officers on regular basis and giving feedback wherever required.

- Co-ordinating with other internal teams/clients for pending Underlyings and Confirmations related to Forward and Derivative contracts

- Review of Fx on call PAC note on regular basis and raise request for any process changes.
