FX & Interest Rate Derivatives Trader - Domestic Market

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FX & Interest Rate Derivatives Trader to join our team . The ideal candidate will manage and execute trading ideas, work on projects related to derivatives, and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities - Domestic Market

1. Trading & Execution:

- Manage and execute trading strategies for FX, Interest Rates, and Derivatives.

- Develop and implement innovative trading ideas to optimize profitability.

2. Project Management:

- Lead and execute projects related to FX and Interest Rate Derivatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align trading strategies with organizational goals.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of trades and projects.

- Build strong working relationships across departments for efficient collaboration.

4. Risk Management & Compliance:

- Monitor and manage market risks associated with trading activities.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and organizational compliance standards.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

- Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.

- Experience:

- At least 3 years of experience in Financial Markets, specifically in FX, Interest Rates, and Derivatives trading.

- Proven track record of generating consistent P&L in the trading environment.

- Technical Expertise:

- Deep understanding of derivatives and financial instruments, including Options, Interest Rate Swaps, and Cross-Currency Swaps.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
