Head : People Function

Key Accountabilities :

- Build a high performance People focused HR function for a GLOBALLY OPERATING ORGANISATION

- Conceptualize, Design & Execute Policies, Structures, Processes, Reporting, Reviews & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which are self-sustaining to provide

- Maximum output with minimal managerial effort

- Enhancing Skills & Competencies across Organization through Coaching, Up skilling, Learning & Development

- Continual improvement across all areas

- Cost Rationalization

Work experience and skill Sets :

Required Academic Qualification :

- MBA with HR Specialization from a reputed B-School

Required Trade Qualification/Certifications :

- Certifications in Assessment Tools. Professional Qualifications in Psychology and Law
