Position: Assistant Brand Manager/ Brand Manager

Job Description:
The opportunity is with the Brand Partnerships division of Futurebrands. The position would take ownership of a brand managed by Futurebrands.
The key responsibilities for this position have been captured below:
- Conceptualize and execute marketing initiatives for the brand across ATL and BTL media
- Manage the entire brand orbit consisting of the creative, design, and media agencies
- Map competition and market trends to maintain and improve brand health
- Develop new product/service ideas on the basis of market research, consumer insights, and business imperatives
- Ideate and execute promotional campaigns to deliver on the business objectives for the brand
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans for the brand
Desired Candidate profile:
- MBA, Marketing from a reputed business school, with 2-4 years of experience in marketing.
- The applicant should have experience in managing marketing campaigns and should be able to demonstrate strong ideating and analytical abilities.
- A strong bias for action is mandatory.
