Role Summary
S/he is accountable for designing the right solution and operating it. S/he understands Retail business and Point of Sale functions and tech landscape. S/he has an understanding of the Store operations / tech landscape of brick / mortar retailers whilst driving tech solution. Implementation working on integrated POS / Loyalty is must.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to development and tactical activities
- Build, Own and drive the product portfolio with business and internal team.
- Work with various teams to enhance product features and functionality
- Tracking product success against plan and keeping the business unit management team informed
- Continuously deliver advances in the product by executing against the product roadmap, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive offerings and how they Impact consumer choices and preferences, and how they should influence the product.

Design / implement POS technologies that co-exist with the current landscape Design, Scalable and resilient customer focused tech stack

Skills and Experience
Educational Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of POS Retail experience in software development in Retail / IT Industry.
B.Tech /B.E. / MCA
Experience in C, Linux, MS SQL RDMS with Dot Net
Functional Skills
They own building new features, tools, processes and businesses
The customer experience product management team is focused on understanding the needs of Retail Store operations
Product Managers have end to end ownership for improving customer experience at stores.
Worked with Diebold (formerly Wincor Nixdorf ) TP Linux / TP.Net preferred.
