Future Retail - Online Product Manager - IIM/IIT/NIT/FMS

The opportunity

- To be part of a start-up team within the umbrella of an established brand and build the next generation Omni-channel experience from scratch

- Complete ownership of your domain and empowerment to traverse from ideation to implementation

- Opportunity to work with senior management in both online and offline retail space

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product roadmap for web, mWeb, Android and iOS to build a truly world class omni-channel experience for our customers

- Understand customer journey (both online and offline) and user experience to break them down into metrics that can measured, monitored and influenced to build a seamless and intuitive experience for the customer

- Translate VOC, marketing feedback, strategic vision of the business, intuition and inspiration into product features. Build business case and prioritize based on data

- Develop quick prototypes to demonstrate value and determine technical feasibility

- Create the product roadmap and drive execution through very aggressive deployment cycle

- Last but not least, measure performance, ideate, iterate and improve

Ideal Candidate (Skills & Experience)

- At least 3 years of product management experience in an eCommerce organization

- Customer centricity is not a jargon for us. Every decision we make is about delivering a great experience to the customer

- Highly data driven and analytical mindset

- Experience in developing at least two - design to deploy- web and app experiences (Android & iOS)

- Expert in creating intuitive interaction design flows (Wireframes) for web and mobile and have a deep, holistic understanding of web and mobile user experience

- Experience in working with UI/UX teams and great design instincts

- 2-3 years of prior Technology / Development experience

- Bachelors in engineering preferably Computer Science from top institutes and MBA from Tier-1 B-School (preferred)
