Lead- ECommerce Marketplace

We are currently building an exciting multi-category, digital first, direct to consumer, commerce business for couple of new brands in Fashion category. This incumbent will closely work with the Business Head to plan Merchandising for the Fashion Brands.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage the day-to-day running and development of all third-party online channels

- Manage all relationships with partners and vendors

- Set achievable goals and strategy for growth expansion

- Reconcile market place listing

- Plan out and execute marketplace promotions to maximize growth

- Create sales reports and feed back to the wider team on a regular basis

- Define a clear and lean sales strategy for onboarding new partnerships

- Determine why certain products are trending up or down, clearly articulate observations and propose strategies to troubleshoot problems

- Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of acquired products including price optimization, PPC, packaging/inserts, coupons and deals, customer communications, creative, changing package dimensions, subscribe and save, removing unprofitable products and more

- Partner with internal teams to develop a go-to-market strategy and facilitate successful, impactful product launches and international expansion.

- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure products are always in stock, premium quality, have updated packaging, and have all appropriate required certifications

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Minimum 8 years of E-commerce experience

- MBA

EXPERIENCE :

- Experience in E-commerce and Channel Advisor platform administrative tools

- Experience with E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisors

- Experience in DTC accessories or apparel environment preferred, with E-Commerce marketplace

- Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative

- Strong project management skills

- Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions
