Business Growth Manager
We are hiring a Business Growth Manager for a stealth mode start-up. It's an opportunity to co-create the brand, be part of the founding team & work along with marquee investors, entrepreneurs & industry leaders.
What you'll be doing :
- Translation of the strategic plan into the annual plan and hands-on execution
- Build the brand portfolio and their month on month growth and profitability
- Develop account and opportunity plans to grow sales to advance and deliver results
- Study market and competitive landscape and identify new initiatives to grow the business
- Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions for the organization
- Ensure reports contribute to business insight and decision-making, and minimize overall report burden
- Drive the annual goals, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes for the company
- Build and grow best-in-class partner network across services
- Create systems to evaluate and improve partner performance
- Design and implement metrics to monitor the success of processes, and refine the process flow based on actual on-ground feedback
- Work across various teams and stakeholders to design comprehensive business processes that cover all with a focus on growth, financial impact and operational efficiency

Ideal Candidate :
