Purpose of Role :
- Achievement of goal sheet both in new business and renewal premium.
- Strong market intelligence of local markets & opportunities
- Mentoring sales executives for effective launch of partners - local & national.
- Consciously implement measures for good quality of business.
Description of Role :
- End to end responsibility for Achieving budgeted business volume for the state
- Conducting formal business reviews for the teams
- Relationship Management with the channel partners .
- Providing the requisite resource support to the channel partners- sales team, training, underwriting & compliance.
- Training & developing the sales team with the help of L&D sessions and Field support to SMs & SDOs
- Principal - Compliance Champion- for the State
- Leading the Customer meets .
- Feeding Back the Field intelligence on competition activities on a formal /regular basis .
- Acquisition of local partners

Eductation & Experience :
- Graduate & MBA
