Key Responsibilities:
- Drive & execute marketing campaigns for FGILI - agency and partner channels
- Develop employee and customer engagement through marketing activities for better brand recall and promotion which involves organizing events, seminars, road shows, events at branches, participation in trade shows etc
- Plan and execute employee and customer engagement programmes at FG branches and channel partner branches
- Partnership engagement - Increase brand visibility at branches and partner locations
- Execution of branding and signage jobs at FG and Partner offices as per regional language requirements - Managing the printing and dispatch of various marketing collateral for all sales channels
- Build competitive information to facilitate effective marketing strategy and execution.
- Brief, coordinate and execute the designing of marketing collateral with creative agencies, translation agencies etc
- Coordinate with compliance & Actuarial team on approvals for communication and filing - Vendor Management
- Implement cost effective innovations in terms of gifting, branding, POP material, BTL activation agencies,Maintaining marketing collateral and templates
