- The primary responsibility of the Area Manager is to orchestrate and be responsible for business development and growth of the company by adding new customers & achieving given targets by the company.
- Staff management forms a huge part of the responsibilities of a Aera Manager. This include interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and performance related actions.
- The manager sets the tone for the department, determines the amount of support provided to staff, and encourages sales.
- Responsible for planning / strategizing / monitoring operations to drive the targeted Business nos
- To ensure profitability of the assigned locations
- To Assist in monitoring overall customer satisfaction
- Ensure the team does daily follow up and closure of the leads assigned
- Reviews and analyse sales reports and understand progress and requirements of the team
- .Ensure timely updates on progression of the team under PEP
- Ensure support from BLM/BM on OJT to all new recruits of the team and identify training needs to existing team members
- Ensure all FDM units are 100% registered on maximizer and monitor the usage of maximizer by the field
- Ensure all mandatory activities related to rule & regulations of the company are always complied

Education & Experience :
- Post Graduate/Graduate with over 8 years of experience in sales
