1. Improvement of productivity and overall performance of lagging units of the Zone.
2. Ensuring 40%IM activation and 1-2-3 model in BAU
3. Atleast 50% improvement in Probation- confirmation and promotions
4. Ensuring BQI adherence and improvement.
5. Taking Zonal Persistency to 75% plus in 2018 and 80% in 2019.
6. Development of new distribution business models.
7. Sales process control & audit and other Zonal initiatives.
This position reports to Zonal Manager- Agency
Candidates from Life Insurance and Banks would be preferred.
Candidate should be open to travel.
CTC- 13-15 Lacs
