With a target of achieving $10+ million in revenue within the next 6-9 months, you'll play a pivotal role in propelling our rapid expansion. This role demands a hands-on approach, including client outreach and grassroots efforts, to broaden our client base and establish a commanding presence in the market. Job Summary: Join us in revolutionizing the Edutech industry! As CSO, you'll lead our mission to tackle critical challenges in education technology. Your role is pivotal in achieving our target of $10+ million in revenue within 6-9 months. You'll play a hands-on role, reaching out to clients and expanding our presence in the market, shaping the future of Edutech.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy.
- Achieve sales targets, inspire sales teams, and own the sales process.
- Innovate marketing strategies, using social media, advertising, and networking.
- Monitor the marketplace and provide competitive insights.
- Foster key relationships within the education sector.
- Collaborate with other teams for product growth and brand positioning.
- Drive customer acquisition and early customer success.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field (IIM is a plus).
- Proven leadership experience in Edutech sales.
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A vast network in the educational community.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Note: Having B2B sales experience in the Edutech industry at a leadership level is a must, with more than 10 years of experience. An MBA from a reputed institute is highly desirable.
