About the role :

The designation of Senior Client Acquisition Manager at Fusion Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. requires energetic and intuitive marketing and Business Development strategist with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

He / She must have proven ability to identify and act upon opportunities in prevailing and new business domains. He/she must be able to create and execute effective strategies to generate results. He / She must be experienced in strategic marketing planning, branding, and service/concept selling. The Senior Client Acquisition Manager must adept in online and digital marketing, and highly skilled in visual communications.

Job Description : Senior Client Acquisition Manager

- To strategize segmentation and target prospective clients (excluding India) based on past data, new researches, trends and other sources to ensure ROI while working closely with internal/external teams

- To travel and meet prospective clients (India and Abroad) for building scalability, revenue, profitability in long run for the organization

- To build a long lasting relationship with existing clients as well as the new acquisitions

- To plan, create and execute effective strategies for Fusion that ensures new client acquisition, client conversion and client retention for assigned and new geographical territories excluding India and US

- To lead creation of content (Proposals, Brochures, Organizational offerings,Case Studies, Presentations etc) for Fusion

- To be well-versed in social media, search, online advertising, mobile, integrated campaigns, content, analytics

- To build strong networks with big players in IT industry and update the organization with current industry trends, technologies, insights etc

- To act as a brand Ambassador for Fusion and represent Fusion on National/International platforms

- To allocate the given resources wisely over marketing and Business Development initiatives

- To empower and upgrade the rest of the team to get the best results in terms of new client acquisition

Requirements :

- 3 - 5 + years- experience in sales role (IT Industry)

- Creative and Strategic Thinker

- Good Influencing and Negotiating Skills

- Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)

- Client Centric Approach

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment

- Proven ability to mentor and grow staff

- A healthy sense of humor

Compensation payable (CTC): At Par with Industry Standards. (Separate Sales

Incentives based on the Target Achievement)
