Role Summary :
As a senior L&D resource, you will play a pivotal role in driving the learning and development initiatives within the organization at field level. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that align with business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in undertaking initiatives for the front-line staff, facilitation, and working hands-on with a passion for creating a learning culture. An energetic candidate with ability to handle & mitigate challenges of distributed population across India.
Job Description :
1. Develop and implement a strategic training and development plan that aligns with organizational objectives.
2. Lead a team of training professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
3. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
4. Evaluate and enhance existing training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
5. Utilize innovative training methodologies and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
6. Assess the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and overall business outcomes.
7. Manage the training budget and resources efficiently.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
9. Design and deliver effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
10. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.

Key Competence & Skills :
- Proven experience of handling distributed population.
- Proven experience of handling front-line field force
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools & measuring efficacy.
- Understanding of content creation & work hands-on with the team.
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in Corporate teaching.
- Proficiency in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset.
- Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking and decision making.
