Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Professional to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract negotiation and management, as well as the ability to provide legal support in field operations. This role will be critical in ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering strong contractual relationships.

Job Description:

Contract Management:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.

- Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards and company policies.

- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and risks.

- Develop and conduct training sessions on legal compliance and contract management for staff.

Field Operations Support:

- Provide legal support to field teams, including on-site legal guidance during operations.

- Conduct site visits to understand operational needs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

- Collaborate with operational teams to identify and mitigate potential legal issues.

Dispute Resolution:

- Manage and resolve disputes arising from contracts and operational issues, including negotiation and mediation.

- Work with external counsel when necessary to address complex legal matters.

Advisory Role:

- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and other departments.

- Assist in developing policies and procedures that align with legal best practices.

Key Competence:
